This Privacy Policy explains how WAS Concept Tailor ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit wasconcepttailor.com or contact us. Our showroom is at 51/16 Cao Thắng, Phường 3, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and our headquarters is in Singapore.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you contact us through our booking form, WhatsApp, Zalo, phone, email or social media, we may collect your name, phone number, and any details you choose to share about the garment or service you are interested in (for example, style preferences and timing).

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, standard analytics tools collect non-identifying usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and referring links. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange consultations, fittings and orders.
• To provide our tailoring services and keep you updated about your order.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To communicate with you about your request via WhatsApp, Zalo, phone or email.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. The Booking / Consultation Form

Our consultation form does not store your details on a server. When you submit it, the form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled, and the message is sent directly to us through WhatsApp. Your information is therefore handled according to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own privacy terms during transmission.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and record usage. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings or use browser add-ons to opt out of Google Analytics. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to browse or contact us.

6. Third-Party Services

The following third parties may process limited data as part of running the site or handling your contact:

• Google – Analytics (usage data) and Google Fonts (your IP address may be logged when fonts load).
• Amazon CloudFront – delivers our images.
• Meta (WhatsApp) and Zalo (VNG) – when you choose to contact us through those apps.
• Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) – only if you click through to our profiles.

7. Data Sharing

We only share your information with the people needed to fulfil your request — for example, our tailoring team in Ho Chi Minh City and our headquarters in Singapore for quality assurance and, where you request it, collection of your order in Singapore. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We keep the details you share with us only for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.

9. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, reach us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. International Transfers

Because we operate in Vietnam with a headquarters in Singapore (and analytics providers based abroad), your information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.

11. Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
